Our values
What we stand for
A few things we believe, written down.
We're a small team building Pacero alongside the cleaning companies who use it. Before this gets any bigger, we wanted to write down what we believe, so you can hold us to it, and so the people we work with know what they're signing up for.
None of this is aspirational. It's how we try to make decisions when they're hard.
Good business is hard, not complicated.
We give you something valuable and we charge a fair price for it. That's the whole model. No lock-in, no fine print working against you. Our customers are partners, not accounts.
Work goes wrong sometimes. A number's off, a feature misses, a promise slips. When it does, we don't hide behind the terms page. We own it and we make it right.
Respect for the people who keep buildings running.
Offices, daycares, hospitals, schools: none of it works without the crews who show up after everyone else has gone home. The work is hard, and it stays invisible right up until something breaks.
We build for them. A bid that's priced right isn't just a healthier contract. It's a crew that isn't stretched past safe, paid for the work they actually do, and trusted to do it well.
We don't know everything.
You've walked more buildings than any algorithm ever will. When the software and your judgment disagree, your judgment wins. Every assumption is yours to change.
We build the tool; you make the call. And we listen: the people using Pacero on the floor decide what we build next.
Built on the floor, not at the desk.
The expensive details get missed at 10 PM in a dim hallway, not in a spreadsheet. So that's what we build for: offline, in the dark, walking the actual space.
Real conditions, not ideal ones. If it doesn't work where the work happens, it doesn't work.
Want to help us build it?
We're recruiting a few commercial cleaning companies as build partners. Free, hands-on early access, and a direct line to the team.
